(1) According to this Act, if any amount is yet to be recovered from the previous owner of the land in the name of the Government of Nepal or an organization in the name of the transfer of ownership of such land, the ownership of such land This section shall not be deemed to have hindered the recovery of such remaining amount even after transfer. It will not be considered to be obstructed by any provision of the Act.
